Chris applies his experience in cross industry strategy consulting to helping FSG’s clients address social problems. At FSG, Chris has worked with leading multinational corporations to support the development of corporate shared value and social responsibility strategies. Following the development of these global strategies, Chris has developed country specific implementation plans; including a local sourcing initiative for a healthcare company in India and a road safety initiative for a beverage company in Brazil. Chris also works in FSG’s collective impact approach area and is currently supporting a collaborative effort to reform the juvenile justice system in Douglas County, Nebraska. Chris’s primary issue area interests are in health and global development.
Prior to FSG, Chris was a manager at the Beacon Group, a boutique strategy consultancy based in Portland, ME. At Beacon, Chris led teams conducting research, analysis, and strategy development engagements for Fortune 500s across the technology, healthcare, and defense sectors. On working at FSG
“It is a great honor to work at an organization so consistently at the forefront of addressing social issues. Having studied in Latin America and worked with immigrant communities in the US, I have seen the impact that policy, education, healthcare, and economic development can have in a community, and am proud of FSG’s ability to understand how to meet community needs by affecting systemic change. Moreover, I am continually humbled by the passion, insight, and energy of my colleagues at FSG.”
