Role at FSG
Becca leads FSG’s Community Philanthropy practice area, helping community leaders and philanthropists on issues of strategy, evaluation, and organizational growth. Her projects have ranged widely, including assessing the progress of major education reforms, building the capacity of community intermediaries, establishing shared goals and metrics of success for large-scale collaboratives, and supporting collective impact efforts in several communities. From 2010-2014, Becca was also the Executive Director of CF Insights, a knowledge sharing platform created by FSG in partnership with the community foundation field.
Prior to joining FSG, Becca was a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting where she worked with corporate, nonprofit, and government clients. She also served as an AmeriCorps*VISTA volunteer at Wellspring House, Inc., a community-based organization operating programs to address family homelessness.
