Sujata Rathi

Sujata is an associate director at FSG. She has more than 9 years of experience across development, management consulting, and strategy development, and is particularly interested in market-based solutions to economic and social problems. Based in the Mumbai office of FSG, Sujata focuses on the Inclusive Markets approach. She has worked across a range of areas, including health care, impact investing, market systems, and education and has experience in conducting field research with low-income consumers, developing and analyzing business models, and developing organization strategy. She is currently working on FSG’s program focused on Growing Livelihood Opportunities for Women.

Before FSG

Prior to joining FSG, Sujata worked with the corporate strategy team of Cipla, a major Indian pharmaceutical player. Before Cipla, she worked with A.T. Kearney as a management consultant and primarily worked on cost reduction and value enhancement projects with clients in the consumer goods and retail space.
