Rishi Agarwal brings over two decades of experience in operations, strategy consulting, and global development. Rishi focuses on leveraging his corporate strategy experience to innovate and advocate for market-based solutions to drive sustainable social change and supports corporates in embedding solutions to relevant social needs profitably as a central theme in their growth agenda.
At FSG, Rishi leads the firm’s work in Asia, in addition to leading the Inclusive Markets and Water Access, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) practices, globally. Rishi has presented at several conferences and written on subjects spanning sustainability, purpose, the role of markets in addressing social issues, and the mechanics of collective impact for systems change.
Previously, Rishi was part of Russell Reynolds Associates, where he led the consumer and not-for-profit practices of the firm in India. Rishi spent nearly seven years at Monitor Group, latterly as an Associate Partner and a member of the firm’s leadership team in India. There, he worked with clients from consumer goods, retail, telecom, tourism, and automotive sectors across issues around strategy, growth, marketing, and organizational design.
Prior to that, he spent over five years with Unilever in various roles across Asia, Africa, and the United States of America.
