Background

Clare boomeranged back to FSG. Clare was a member of FSG’s consulting team between 2018-2022. From 2022-2023, Clare joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and helped to advance their social impact, public sector, and healthcare practice areas. Her clients included governments, foundations, and academic medical centers. Earlier in her career, Clare built a breadth of experience within the health sector. During her graduate studies, she completed a 9-month internship at Genentech in their strategic pricing, contracting, and distribution group, interned with PwC on their health systems team, and led numerous health-focused student consultancies during her graduate studies.

She also worked at John Snow, Inc., a global health management consulting firm implementing programs around the world. There she worked in cross-cultural settings to strengthen health systems and advance maternal, newborn, and child health for USAID, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and several UN entities.

On working at FSG

I have dedicated my career to creating positive social impact and change. Nowhere else I’ve worked has so clearly aligned to this ambition as FSG. FSG is a unique place to explore shared value, collective impact, and other systems change opportunities for impact with clients and colleagues. Equally important is the sense of curiosity, collaboration, and authenticity with the people and partners of FSG. I could not be more excited to return to FSG.
