Engaging Executive Leaders in Building a Culture of Health

FSG’s Co-CEO, Lauren Smith, MD, MPH is a faculty member for a new Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health executive education course, “Driving Business Performance: Culture of Health for Executive Leaders,” which will take place on May 2-3 in Boston.

Funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the program will engage senior executive leaders to create social impact and unleash the potential for greater profitability, while promoting health and wellbeing. Attendees from across the U.S. and internationally represent a variety of sectors and industries, including health systems and hospitals, retailers, financial services companies, and large multi-nationals.

Lauren will lead the following sessions: “Community Well-Being: Creating Healthier Communities through Partnering,” and “Community Well-Being: Making an Impact.”

Another course, “Innovating Business Strategies: Culture of Health for Executive Teams,” will take place on September 26-27.
