Safeguarding Policy

FSGers are expected to always conduct themselves with respect and professionalism, ensuring their actions align with the organization’s values, policies, and code of conduct. They must actively contribute to creating an environment free from harm, discrimination, and harassment, both within the workplace and in external interactions. Safeguarding, the act of taking proactive steps to prevent harm and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals, particularly those who may be vulnerable, is a core priority at FSG. Any employee may engage with vulnerable groups during their employment, making it essential to uphold these standards consistently and actively report any concerns or violations of FSG’s safeguarding policies.
