Vishal is part of FSG’s IT team and is based in the Mumbai office. He oversees all technology operations for the Mumbai team and provides additional support to the U.S. IT function, ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable systems across the organization. He manages helpdesk operations, assists with IT projects, and helps maintain a consistent, high‑quality technology experience for staff.
Before FSG
With more than 19 years of experience in IT customer support and technology services, Vishal has held roles at Deloitte, Monitor Group, Jet Airways, and Radio City, where he supported diverse user groups and strengthened his foundation in responsive, user‑centered service delivery.
