Sabrina joins FSG from the financial and consulting industries. There she drove corporate transformation and talent development strategies by combining systems thinking, human-centered design, and rigorous measurement to improve organizational outcomes. Sabrina partners with foundations and organizations to develop scalable solutions that strengthen business performance while advancing social impact, and she brings a network-centric, results-oriented approach to these engagements.
Before FSG
Before joining FSG, Sabrina built a career as a senior strategist in global talent and corporate transformation – designing learning ecosystems, advancing inclusive talent practices, and strengthening organizational capability across complex global environments. She shaped strategy as the first Global Director of Inclusion and Belonging at ZS, where she established a center of expertise to advance inclusion, belonging, and systemically integrated equality and fairness across a global workforce. She has held leadership roles at Enova, CNA, and Liberty Mutual where she applied analytical rigor and systems thinking to design scalable, data‑informed interventions that elevate talent strategy and embed equity into corporate people operations. She brings an intentional commitment to listen, discover, and act, and has cultivated a trusted network of voices that continually inform and strengthen her work.
Sabrina holds an MBA from Mercer University and a BS in Accounting from SC State University. She is a proud HBCU graduate and continues to support and lead development campaigns for her alum while serving as an officer on the school’s national alumni association executive board. She is committed to local civic work in her hometown of Macon GA and international missions through New Life Community Center of Decatur GA.
On Working at FSG
FSG provides opportunities to help create the change I want to see in the world. My career choices have always relied on three questions – 1) can I advance issues I care about, 2) can I work with people I can learn from and with, and 3) can I be in the spaces where those people are solving those issues and contribute. FSG is a yes to all of that, connecting the many people who remain deeply committed to building a society where everyone can thrive, through action, expertise, and most importantly – impact.
