Before FSG
Prior to FSG, Parendim worked with Nerolac Paints, the second largest paint company in India, as a Commercial Executive, where she assisted senior management with marketing expenditure, budgeting, preparation of the balance score card, activities of the core dealers club and organized the annual dealer conferences.
