Lindsay Fox

Lindsay has experience working with private foundations, community foundations, school districts, and nonprofits on issues ranging from strategic planning, strategy implementation, financial analysis and governance. 

Role at FSG

As a consultant for FSG, Lindsay’s work focused on advising several clients in the area of education including development of a district education strategy for the Marin Community Foundation and creation of business plans for two state charter school associations. In addition, Lindsay wrote two case studies focused on the growth, history and best practices of the California Charter Schools Association. She also advised Jefferson County Public Schools on scaling an innovative approach to improving school leadership.

More recently, Lindsay’s work has focused on strengthening and growing FSG internally. Her primary role has been recruiting and professional development activities. She is excited to spend her time finding and training new FSG staff.

Before FSG

Prior to FSG Lindsay’s experience includes work across different sectors ranging from managing research projects for investment and insurance companies to enacting public policy and developing programs that protect children from injuries. Most recently, Lindsay worked as a consultant at Eduventures, where she developed strategies for clients focused on education.
