Latika joins FSG with a passion to create meaningful change in this world. At FSG, she is currently working on a program in the WASH sector, focusing on improving sanitation in rural areas by following a market-based sanitation (MBS) approach.
Before FSG
Prior to joining FSG, Latika completed her bachelor’s degree in economics from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University. She undertook multiple internships during this time to get exposure to various domains, working with organizations such as NITI Aayog and Urban Company. Latika also actively lead two prestigious organizations in college: Enactus, based on social entrepreneurship, and 180 Degrees Consulting, based on nonprofit consulting. These sparked her interest in contributing to the social impact sector.
