Hollie has several years of research and management experience in the corporate social responsibility and community foundation fields, where she witnessed first-hand the importance of using data for impactful decision-making. As director of impact and learning, Hollie works to understand how FSG engages with clients, thought leaders, and sector professionals to achieve better outcomes for specific populations.
Prior to joining FSG, Hollie was assistant director of research at KLD Research & Analytics, a social investment research firm. At KLD she managed a team of 20 analysts and developed research methodology processes and systems to better understand the social and environmental successes and challenges of U.S.-based corporations.
