Hollie has several years of experience in corporate social responsibility and philanthropy. As director of FSG’s Talent Rewire initiative, she brings a passion for systems thinking, design thinking, and community-building to her work with employers as they pilot innovative approaches to hiring, retaining, and advancing talent in order to reduce barriers to employment.
Prior to joining FSG, Hollie was assistant director of research at KLD Research & Analytics, a social investment research firm. At KLD she managed a team of 20 analysts and developed research methodology processes and systems to better understand the social and environmental successes and challenges of U.S.-based corporations.
