Gabriella Cova

Gabriella joined FSG with a broad international background and experience in economic development, education, and health care. She is passionate about social impact and global development, with an interest in supporting efforts to reduce inequality and help create economic opportunity at the local and global levels. Since joining FSG, Gabriella has supported corporate and philanthropic clients in designing equity-focused strategies. Her work has also included delivering trainings on shared value to corporate clients in Latin America.

Before FSG

Prior to joining FSG, Gabriella worked for Boston Consulting Group’s social impact team, helping to drive shared value approaches across the corporate sector and advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She also has previous experience in the nonprofit space, with a focus on international trade, Latin American socioeconomic development, and foreign policy. Gabriella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Affairs from Northeastern University. At Northeastern, she participated in a tutoring and mentorship after-school program for vulnerable high school students, providing them with resources and support to succeed academically. She was also thoroughly involved in Northeastern’s Hispanic Student Unity organization, which serves as a support forum for Latinx students and provides professional development resources and opportunities throughout their university careers.
