Andria Seneviratne brings strategy, evaluation, program design, and implementation background to FSG. She has experience working across sectors and industries to shift conditions that keep inequitable systems in place. While at FSG, Andria has advised corporations on workforce strategies and has led a number of learning communities.
As Director of the Retail Opportunity Network (RON) at FSG, she facilitates cross-organization learning to improve the stability and economic mobility of frontline workers. The RON brings together systems change leaders to dismantle barriers to economic mobility and opportunity for the 44 million Americans working in the retail and service sectors.
Prior to FSG, Andria served as a program director at ProInspire, a nonprofit focused on developing leaders in the social sector. Previously, Andria worked for a community development financial services institution to design and implement a place-based strategy to increase community wealth through a collaborative initiative with local governments, nonprofits, private businesses, and anchor institutions in the Washington region. She led the effort to launch a small business to maintain green infrastructure, while building employee wealth. Andria began her career as a governance consultant at Deloitte & Touche, where she advised clients on governance operating models, regulatory strategies, and risk mitigation.
