Andria brings a strategy, program design, and implementation background to FSG. She has experience working across sectors on issues of economic development, environment, and health. At FSG, Andria has most recently focused on FSG’s research and consulting in philanthropic organizational and people development. She has also engaged in strategic planning for a national nonprofit focused on creating active school environments, advising a consumer products goods company interested in developing nutritious products for base of the pyramid markets, and leading a cross organization learning collaborative for governments and INGOs in sub-Saharan Africa about HIV prevention.
Prior to FSG, Andria served as a program director at ProInspire, a nonprofit focused on developing leaders in the social sector. Previously, Andria worked for a community development financial services institution to design and implement a place-based strategy to increase community wealth through a collaborative initiative with local governments, nonprofits, private businesses, and anchor institutions in the Washington region. She led the effort to launch a small business to maintain green infrastructure, while building employee wealth. Andria began her career as a governance consultant at Deloitte & Touche, where she advised clients on governance operating models, regulatory strategies, and risk mitigation.
