Champions for Change: Leading a Backbone Organization for Collective Impact 2016

Join together with the Tamarack Institute, the Collective Impact Forum, and Backbone organizations from across North America and internationally to enhance your work in leading for collective impact. This gathering has been designed as an advanced learning opportunity specifically for individuals who are—or desire to—play a leadership role in the leadership roundtable, coordinating committee or backbone organization for a collective impact initiative.

Tuesday, May 17, 2016 – Thursday, May 19, 2016 | San Francisco, CA

A practical, hands-on 3-day workshop and coaching session designed for backbone leaders, steering committee members, and other partners actively involved in collective impact.

2016 Collective Impact Convening
Monday, June 6, 2016 – Thursday, June 9, 2016 | Seattle, WA

The 2016 Collective Impact Convening features 3 distinct and aligned meetings about collective impact: the Collective Impact Funder Convening (June 6-8), Workshop for Leaders of Experienced Collective Impact Initiatives (June 7-9), and Collective Impact Community Partners Half-Day Meeting (June 8). More than 20 plenary and concurrent sessions will address a range of topics such as aligning multiple collective impact initiatives in one place, capacity building, community engagement, equity, leadership, and learning and evaluation.
