FSG is a global nonprofit consulting firm dedicated to advancing equitable systems change. We partner with foundations, corporations, and cross‑sector leaders to address the systems and structures that shape people’s lives and communities. Through customized consulting services, innovative thought leadership, and collaborative learning communities, we help organizations create the conditions for everyone to reach their full potential.
Who We Are
Our work begins with a belief that guides everything we do: every person deserves to live in a fair, just, and equitable society, one that nurtures potential and creates real opportunities for growth, advancement, and fulfillment. That belief is what brought our team together. We come from different disciplines: consulting, strategy, research, issue-area expertise, and operations, but we are united by a shared commitment to positively shaping the systems that shape people’s lives.
As we partner with organizations and communities, we listen with deep care, ask hard questions, and help leaders see the systems around them with greater clarity. We support them in making choices that move their work, and their impact, toward the future they want to create. These values come to life in our advisory work. Each year, we partner with hundreds of organizations, among them: the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Eli Lilly and Company, and Save the Children, to sharpen strategies, strengthen implementation, and evaluate what’s working. Our mission also lives in the ideas we share. And because systems change requires community, we invest in spaces where practitioners can learn from one another, build relationships, and strengthen their craft.
