Wil joins FSG with a range of experience across issues and with diverse stakeholders around the globe. He is passionate about multidisciplinary approaches that bring together people from across sectors to maximize systems-wide impact. As a consultant, Wil conducts stakeholder interviews, performs secondary research, and collaborates with case team members to develop client-customized strategic recommendations that allow clients to enact systems change processes as tools to address critical social issues.
Before FSG
Prior to FSG, Wil collaborated with global teams at Palladium Group to implement United States Agency for International Development funded projects in partnership with private sector partners focused on expanding digital trade, improving and expanding family planning and maternal & child health, building capacity of women-led SMEs, and workforce and youth development. He supported implementation of activities in numerous countries, including Brazil, Ethiopia, Kenya, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Tanzania.
Additionally, Wil served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco, working with local counterparts on community and youth development initiatives. Previously, he was a math teacher at an international school in Denver Public Schools. He has also worked with various nonprofits in immigrant and refugee education, social entrepreneurship, youth development, and political advocacy.
