Tracy has worked with a variety of corporations, foundations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations on strategy, program design, performance measurement, and operational improvement. she has led a range of projects, with a particular focus on shared value, education, health, and community philanthropy. Most recently, Tracy led development of an access to healthcare strategy for a global pharmaceutical firm and creation of a shared value strategy for a large consumer products company. Additionally, she has provided strategic and operational leadership to FSG’s CF Insights division and co-authored a white paper titled Growing Smarter: Achieving Sustainability in Emerging Community Foundations.
Before joining FSG, Tracy was a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), utilizing customer needs analysis, financial modeling, market-sizing, and competitive assessment to develop growth strategies and identify new business opportunities for Fortune 100 clients.
