Shiv joins FSG with consulting and investment banking experience in the Indian market. At FSG, Shiv is working on a multi-year program to generate livelihood opportunities for women in India using an inclusive markets approach. To achieve this, he helps partners to inclusively and sustainably scale their businesses while ensuring the program’s objectives are met.
Before FSG
Prior to joining FSG, Shiv worked with the Chief Minister’s Office, Maharashtra across various roles, including building social-sector partnerships with NGOs and monitoring mega-infrastructure projects for the state. He has also worked with Avendus Capital, a Mumbai-based investment bank, covering the financial services and consumer goods sectors.
