Ron Dendas is a program officer for The Dorothy Rider Pool Health Care Trust and The Rider-Pool Foundation in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In addition to his program officer functions, he also leads The Rider-Pool Foundation’s Collective Impact Fellowship, an innovative, place-based systemic leadership development program that builds capacity for more effective nonprofit cross-sector collaboration.
