Radha Varadarajan is the Chief Skills Officer at Naandi Foundation, where she leads large-scale youth skilling and employability programmes across India. Since joining Naandi in 2017, she has worked closely with government systems, educational institutions, and industry partners to design and scale interventions that improve the transition from education to meaningful work. Her work combines field implementation with research on labour markets, skill formation, and social mobility.
