Pooja Nanda is the Head of Women’s Economic Empowerment at the Mahindra Group. Pooja leads Kaabil, the flagship women’s empowerment program, that has evolved over two decades of experience on bridging the gap between education and employment through skilling. Pooja brings nearly three decades of experience across global operations and execution strategy, program management, and governance. Prior to joining the Mahindra group, she held leadership positions at prominent financial and technological institutions such as Credit Suisse, Citi, and Refinitiv.
