Maria’s tenure at Enspira was marked by her instrumental role in establishing the firm’s executive search function; her contributions were pivotal to the firm’s growth and success. In her capacity, Maria provided guidance to organizations and companies of all sizes on matters of organizational design, development, and strategic hiring practices. She also collaborated closely with industry leaders to design and deliver workshops aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, leaving a lasting impact on the organizations she worked with.
