Antoine is an FSG Board Member and the Founder and Principal of ASquared Coaching, a practice dedicated to helping leaders refine their leadership, navigate transition, and set intentional direction. Through a coaching approach grounded in partnership and clarity, he supports leaders as they chart their next chapter with purpose.
With more than two decades of experience across corporate and nonprofit organizations, Antoine has held leadership roles at Nike and Gap Inc., served as Chief Diversity & Social Impact Officer at SurveyMonkey, and contributed to the mission of Year Up. Across these chapters, he deepened his belief that leadership is sustained not by performance alone, but by continuous learning, self‑awareness, and alignment.
Antoine brings expertise in talent development, executive coaching, cultural learning, and social impact and diversity. A native of Newark, New Jersey, he is a proud graduate of Rutgers–Newark.
