Aditi joins FSG with experience in financial policy and advocacy, and a background in financial services. She works within the Inclusive Markets approach. Her current project deals with improving early childhood education in urban India. Her work includes understanding the complex market for affordable childhood education and identifying possible interventions that could improve the quality of these offerings.
Prior to joining FSG, Aditi worked as an analyst at Hamilton Place Strategies, an analytical public affairs consulting firm in Washington DC. At HPS, she advocated on behalf of banks and other financial companies on tax and trade issues. Her research work included assessing the impact of international tax law on American innovation and evaluating a government program funding cancer research.
Previously, Aditi was a sales & trading summer analyst at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, she was a summer analyst at Spencer Barnor Capital, a private equity firm in Manhattan, New York.
