Aaron brings a combination of strategy consulting and international development experience to FSG, having advised a variety of private, nonprofit, and public organizations on sustainability and economic development issues.
As an Associate Director at FSG, Aaron helps clients tackle complex social problems by applying FSG’s innovative approaches to strategic social impact, with a focus on global development, global health, shared value, and corporate philanthropy. He most recently led client engagements on launching a community-led health care delivery model focused on low-income women in India, developing a national market-based sanitation strategy for Uganda, combating slave labor in the Brazilian Amazon, and crafting high-impact corporate citizenship strategies for several global chemical and pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to joining FSG, Aaron worked as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. in the firm’s Brussels and Lisbon offices, managing projects with public, corporate, and nonprofit clients in the areas of sustainability, economic development, organizational design, and corporate strategy. At McKinsey, Aaron was selected as a Sustainability & Resource Productivity Fellow, specializing in consulting engagements on sustainable economic development topics in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to McKinsey, Aaron worked for two years for the Clinton Foundation helping build and run an HIV/AIDS treatment clinic in a rural and resource-poor district in Mozambique. Additionally, Aaron helped launch a housing microfinance product with Ashoka in Brazil and has worked with several NGOs in Argentina, Bolivia, and Nicaragua.
