Philanthropy’s Role in Systems Change for Behavioral Health

Prior to the COVID pandemic, a mere 1% of philanthropic funding went to mental health and substance use issues. The pandemic changed the conversation – making it clear how much mental wellbeing is not just an individual issue, but one influenced by a variety of community conditions. In this conversation, panelists from foundations working on behavioral health will share their approaches to addressing the behavioral health crisis in ways that center equity and go beyond funding programs. Join us for this interactive discussion on advancing behavioral health equity through a systems change lens.
