Zoranyeli comes to FSG with an avid interest in supporting people development and career resources. As FSG’s recruiting and professional development assistant, Zoranyeli supports recruitment and onboarding processes for all teams in the United States. Additionally, she brings a strong commitment to equity and inclusion to all of the areas she interacts with in recruitment and onboarding efforts.
Prior to her role with FSG, Zoranyeli was the administrative assistant at ManpowerGroup in Boston. She coordinated calendars, scheduled interviews, and various open houses for ManpowerGroup, the third-largest staffing firm in the world focused on delivering jobs, career resources, and education. Previously, she was an assistant hiring manager for Boston Centers for Youth and Families, Division of Youth Engagement and Employment. Focusing on managing payroll, collecting timesheets, and connecting youth and their families to jobs and career development resources.
