Tarini joins FSG with two years of management consulting experience. At FSG, Tarini helps develop scalable, market-based solutions through research and analysis. She is currently applying shared value principles to create the brand vision and purpose for a leading consumer goods player.
Prior to joining FSG, Tarini worked with PwC India's management consulting practice. She has partnered with clients across the automotive, infrastructure, chemicals and financial services sectors to improve operations, sales and marketing effectiveness through various projects. Tarini holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, with a focus on Econometrics and Statistics. While on campus, she led initiatives to build awareness around financial markets and investment strategies as the head of the Finance and Investment Cell. She has also contributed to academic publications, including authoring a published paper on agricultural policy in a national economic journal.
