Sriram has over six years of consulting experience within the development sector in India and Africa.
At FSG, Sriram focuses on the inclusive markets approach, working on the Program to Improve Private Preschool Education (PIPE), a six-year initiative that aims to improve the quality of the private sector’s preschool education service offerings to low-income families. Specifically, he helps identify partners' scale in a commercially viable manner, while ensuring the program’s objectives are met.
Prior to FSG, Sriram was part of the Vice Chairman’s office of HCL Infosystems as well as HCL TalentCare. In this time, he conceptualized, designed, and launched an Employability Assessment Tool which has been commissioned on more than 30,000 candidates in India. During his consulting stint at PwC and Athena, Sriram advised governments, private sectors, and multilaterals on a range of subjects such as working with an Indian State in framing their agribusiness development policy, working with the Government of Rwanda in designing their services and cross border trade policy, as well as working on projects related to skill development in India and Africa, among others.
