Rohit joins FSG with experience in teacher training, curriculum design, and project management, and a background in education and journalism.
At FSG, Rohit works within the Inclusive Markets approach on the Program to Improve Private Early Education (PIPE). His work includes leading the field research work as well as managing the research relationships with affordable private schools across five cities in India.
Prior to joining FSG, Rohit worked as a master trainer at The Nudge Foundation, a nonprofit organization in Bangalore, India. At The Nudge Foundation, Rohit trained and coached a team of 20 trainers who worked across three residential vocational skilling centers in Bangalore. Previously, Rohit was an academic coordinator at Syntax Academy, a foreign language school in Bangalore, India. His research work includes understanding the factors which help create good quality early childhood education (ECE) environment in affordable private schools in urban India.
