Rachel has several years of experience supporting FSG colleagues across a range of human resource functions. While her time is largely spent coordinating processes to recruit and onboard U.S.-based staff, she works with People Team colleagues to maintain areas such benefits administration, professional development, and performance management. Across her different project areas, she brings a commitment to equity and inclusion to all aspects of her work.
Before FSG, Rachel worked as a program coordinator for a Boston-based adult education program. Previously, she was a national organizer with Represent.Us, focusing on multiple local- and state-level political campaigns focused on voter access and anti-corruption initiatives.

On Working At FSG
“I’m eager to bring my driving commitment to inclusion to FSG, a firm that recognizes the necessity of inclusive workplaces and the responsibilities of individuals and organizations in creating environments where everyone can thrive. In recruitment, retention, and human resources processes, there are countless opportunities to strive towards the firm’s commitment to equity. I look forward to each chance to add my perspective and learn with every perspective I encounter while supporting my colleagues throughout the organization.”
