Rachel comes to FSG with a keen interest in supporting the people and policies that enable a vibrant working environment. As FSG’s recruiting and HR coordinator, Rachel supports recruitment and interview processes for all teams in the United States, maintains various systems within human resources, and assists with multiple employee benchmarks such as onboarding and review processes. Additionally, she brings a commitment to equity and inclusion in all places she interacts with recruitment and retention efforts.
Before FSG
Prior to her role with FSG, Rachel was the LeadBoston program associate at YW Boston. She coordinated monthly program events and various communications for LeadBoston, a leadership development program focused on building the knowledge and skills that support Boston-area professionals in becoming more inclusive leaders. Previously, she was a national organizer with Represent.Us, focusing on multiple local- and state-level political campaigns focused on voter access and anti-corruption initiatives.
