Pallavi joins FSG with consulting experience across consumer goods and retail sectors. At FSG, Pallavi is currently focusing on the inclusive markets approach, working on the Program to Improve Private Preschool Education (PIPE), a six-year initiative that aims to improve the quality of the private sector’s preschool education service offerings to low-income families. Her work on this project includes understanding the complex market for affordable childhood education and identifying possible interventions that could improve the quality of these offerings. Specifically, she is working with activity based learning providers to give them strategic inputs on product, quality of implementation, sales, collections, scalability, etc. She is also looking at ways to raise awareness and drive engagement with parents.
Prior to joining FSG, Pallavi worked as an analyst with A.T. Kearney where she led a team of researchers in the Consumer Industries and Retail Practice (CIRP). She worked on growth strategy and supply chain projects and was able to develop deep knowledge of the industry with spikes in apparel and specialty retail, grocery retail, and food & beverage. Apart from this, she also co-lead the CSR team and was a part of the recruitment team.
