Niharika joins FSG with prior experience in consulting and education technology. She is responsible for conducting research and analysis under various programmatic areas within the inclusive markets approach. Niharika is currently working on an assessment of market-based sanitation (MBS) approaches in rural Kenya.
Before FSG
Prior to joining FSG, Niharika worked across functions including project management, business strategy, analytics, media creation, and operations as a part of the CEO’s office of an ed-tech startup. She was also part of a team that created the GTM strategy to expand the company’s operations internationally. Prior to this, she interned in the financial services division at PwC’s offices in Mumbai and the UAE.
Niharika graduated with a degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. While on campus, she held leadership positions in the debating society, the Youth Conference, and the western music society. She was also a part of an exchange program on ‘Doing business in emerging markets’ at HU Business School in the Netherlands.
