Lashawn Rosa

Lashawn provides technical support to the global FSG team. He is the front line for customer support whenever technical issues arise.

Before FSG

Lashawn developed a passion for technology in his early years of troubleshooting technical issues for his family and himself. Following in his father’s footsteps, he gained hands-on technical experience servicing small to large-scale businesses with various contractual work. Prior to this, Lashawn began to receive more formal training, participating in Year Up and becoming an IT intern for a Fortune 500 firm. The story continues with Lashawn continuing to build his knowledge in IT, developing a passion for DEI initiatives, and finding himself at FSG.

On Working at FSG

Coming from working at a day shelter for people experiencing homelessness, I was able to learn from many life-changing stories shared with me. One important thing I learned is that many people who end up with no place to live are in that situation due to a lack of equitable opportunity in their lives and communities. At FSG, I can be a utility to my colleagues and assist in this battle of creating a global social change where opportunities are equitable and accessible to all those across the world.”
