Kristen has several years of experience supporting the internal operations of organizations in the nonprofit sector, as well as the medical and mental healthcare systems.

Role at FSG

Kristen focuses her time on ways to support FSG’s greatest asset, its people, through professional development, trainings, mentorship, and human resources. As part of the People Team, she is dedicated to ensuring that everyone at FSG—consulting, operations, and initiative staff—feels supported and has the resources they need to succeed in their role.

Before FSG

Kristen joined FSG after working as an office manager for an orthopedic practice and as an administrative assistant in the psychology/social work field.
