Manager, Staffing and Performance Development
Jana comes to FSG with several years of people development experience at socially-minded organizations. As manager of staffing and performance development, Jana is charged with facilitating the execution of performance management and review processes and analyzing people data that informs strategic recommendations and supports other People team priorities around learning and development.
Prior to her role with FSG, Jana was the professional development manager at Isaacson, Miller, a social sector executive search firm. While there, she managed the onboarding and professional growth plans for staff alongside of developing trainings and working on performance management and retention issues. Prior to that, Jana worked in project management at MGH in their Neurological Clinical Research Institute, providing administrative support and management to clinical trials for the NEALS and PSG consortiums.
