In addition to his experiences in education, pharmaceutical operations, and organizational culture, Esteban brings a passion for social impact and culture building to his role at FSG. Esteban supports his case teams with research, analysis, and insight generation, and especially enjoys collaborating with and engaging clients and other stakeholders. Since joining FSG, Esteban has worked with a range of international and domestic clients across multiple subject areas while maintaining his passion for health and education. More recently, Esteban has contributed to research efforts on the ways in which corporations can respond to the emerging social needs of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to joining FSG, Esteban most recently worked as an operations professional for a Series B biopharmaceutical startup working to find novel treatments for drug-resistant cancers. This came after several years of working across various levels of K-12 education and administration, working with students with learning disabilities, teaching classes like Biology AP and Spanish Literature, and even mentoring a world champion robotics team in San Jose, CA, focused on inspiring others to pursue STEM. His experience emphasizes the importance of thoughtfulness, culture building, and inclusion as ways of promoting positive change in the world.
