Caitlin is a knowledge manager who is passionate about the nonprofit sector. Her experience includes business and process analysis, project management, and change management. As senior knowledge manager, Caitlin leads FSG’s knowledge management initiative, striving to promote adoption of best KM practices and collaboration tools in order to achieve organizational learning. Through business analysis and training efforts, she evaluates and responds to core business needs and facilitates capturing, organizing, and leveraging our collective knowledge, increasing overall efficiency at the firm.
Before FSG
Prior to joining FSG, Caitlin was executive administrator at the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, a nonprofit membership association for trial lawyers dedicated to protecting people’s rights.
