Aayush joins FSG after an education in liberal studies and leadership from Ashoka University and a rich experience in frontline B2B sales.
Role at FSG
At FSG, Aayush provides executive support to Managing Director Ashish Karamchandani. His work also involves creating and disseminating a knowledge base of program material and supporting the MD as a co-lead on strategic initiatives and special projects that are of high value to the organization and the executive team.
Prior to joining FSG, Aayush was working with Philips as a frontline B2B sales manager based out of Gujarat. There he handled a team of 5 channel partners and their extended sales force of 10 people and was responsible for the company’s complete operations in the South Gujarat territory.
Aayush was a part of the Young India Fellowship Program (a one-year multi-disciplinary course in liberal studies) where he was exposed to a diverse set of subjects including sociology, political economy, group dynamics, and art appreciation. During the program, he took part in an 8-month long project to re-energize a private school catering to low-income households in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. This instilled in him an interest to work in the education space.
