Ready by 21 National Meeting 2019

Joelle Cook presents a session on pursuing systems change in collective impact at Ready by 21 National Meeting 2019.

In order to make lasting, transformational progress in communities, collective impact initiatives often pursue both programmatic work and systems change strategies. But the idea of “systems change” can often feel vague, and can be interpreted in a range of ways by different individuals. This session will share a framework for concretely thinking about different strategies for systems change from FSG’s publication: The Water of Systems Change, and will work through a three-part exercise to assess system change opportunities.
