With support from the Carnegie Corporation of New York and in close partnership with the University of Chicago, FSG was engaged to work with 100Kin10 partners to facilitate the design of a set of shared measures.

FSG helped the Academy for College Excellence define and model key components for national expansion and helped develop a comprehensive business plan to support the organization’s growth.

FSG partnered with BlackRock to set a clear vision for their philanthropic portfolio and developed a signature initiative that focuses on Building Better Financial Futures.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and CCER engaged FSG to design, launch, and implement the Road Map Project, a cradle-to-college and career collective impact initiative in South Seattle and South King County.

FSG was engaged by the Office of New Schools to develop an updated organizational strategy in response to changes in its budgetary environment and leadership structure.

FSG partnered with the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation to develop a strategy to improve the well-being of transition-age foster youth in the United States.

FSG was engaged by the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) to help improve the strategy and implementation plan for the district’s whole school reform models.

FSG worked with the E3 Alliance to develop a new five-year strategic plan to improve the alignment and effectiveness of education systems and actors across the Central Texas region.

FSG conducted a review and assessment of the current readiness of key sectors to develop and use shared outcomes.

Greater Texas Foundation (GTF) engaged FSG to develop a five year strategic plan designed to increase the Foundation’s impact on student education outcomes in Texas.

The Marin Community Foundation engaged FSG to support the development of a strategic initiative to close the achievement gap in the county’s lowest performing school districts.

Mattel engaged FSG to develop a strategy for creating shared value that would generate meaningful ways to create positive impact for society while also driving new business opportunities.

FSG was engaged by NAPCS to research opportunities to increase the reach of and develop business models for the delivery of support services by Charter Support Organizations.

New Schools for New Orleans engaged FSG to develop a strategic plan that would build on the organization’s success and map out a plan for future growth and impact in one of the nation’s most exciting hotbeds for education reform.

FSG helped the New York City Leadership Academy make strategic and business decisions to increase impact and improve sustainability.

FSG worked with a group of leaders across the New York State juvenile justice system to develop a vision for reform and a collective strategy to improve outcomes for youth and communities across the state.

FSG worked with the NewSchools Venture Fund and fourteen of its portfolio ventures to research and write case studies on best practices for Charter Management Organizations.

FSG worked with the NewSchools Venture Fund annually, over a three year period, to evaluate the support that it provides its portfolio ventures, and to evaluate its effectiveness in serving as an intermediary for its funding partners.

FSG was engaged to help SAP create a high impact CSR portfolio through a series of engagements, including developing a global shared value initiative, refining its regional CSR strategies, and designing a measurement framework to help CSR understand and track the business and social impact of its work.

FSG worked with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to develop a plan for accelerating progress toward achieving the state’s higher education goals—and by extension, increasing individual and statewide economic outcomes.

FSG helped two Wallace Foundation grantees, the Southern Regional Education Board’s Learning-Centered Leadership Program and the Institute for Learning, develop strategic business plans to increase the reach, impact, and financial sustainability of their flagship training programs while also exploring opportunities to shift to hybrid delivery models.
