FSG and SSIR Collective Impact Conference
Creating Large Scale Social Change
Hosted by FSG and the Stanford Social Innovation Review
March 23, 2011
Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA
Substantially greater progress could be made in alleviating serious and complex social problems if nonprofits, foundations, governments and business focused on structured cross-sector collaboration, instead of on the isolated interventions of individual organizations.
The Collective Impact conference brought together senior-level leaders from nonprofits, foundations, corporations, and the government, to explore the challenges of developing collective impact initiatives, and the opportunities that collective impact approaches can yield toward large scale social change.
