Collective Impact Client Projects

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and CCER engaged FSG to design, launch, and implement the Road Map Project, a cradle-to-college and career collective impact initiative in South Seattle and South King County.

FSG worked with the E3 Alliance to develop a new five-year strategic plan to improve the alignment and effectiveness of education systems and actors across the Central Texas region.

FSG developed a cocoa sustainability strategy for Mars in Côte d’Ivoire with the goal to revitalize the cocoa sector in the world’s largest cocoa producing country.

FSG worked with a group of leaders across the New York State juvenile justice system to develop a vision for reform and a collective strategy to improve outcomes for youth and communities across the state.

FSG helped PetSmart Charities design and plan for launch of a collective impact initiative to address pet homelessness in communities across the United States.

FSG facilitated the development of a common vision and the identification of animal welfare data elements to be included in a national database for the field.

FSG worked with public media’s major market group (MMG) to develop a strategy that would help stations more deeply address the needs of their communities.

With the support of the Staten Island Foundation, a cross-sectoral coalition engaged FSG to help design, organize, and launch a collective impact initiative designed to improve health outcomes on Staten Island, now known as the Tackling Youth Substance Abuse initiative.

FSG is developing a comprehensive set of success markers and progress measures for whole-child development and family literacy for families with children from birth to grade three.
