Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
As the nation's largest philanthropy devoted exclusively to improving the health and health care of all Americans, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation works with a diverse group of organizations and individuals to identify solutions and achieve comprehensive, meaningful, and timely change.
FSG has helped the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to:
- Develop the strategic direction for a new targeted program team created from a strategic reorganization of three of RWJF’s interest areas, which gave out more than $50 million in grants in 2005
- Review it’s existing programs conducting focus groups to identify overlaps and linkages, and facilitated working-group discussions to craft a strategic objective for the newly-formed team. FSG also worked with the leadership of the new team to develop several intermediate outcomes, and identify key assumptions and necessary short and medium term steps for implementation
