New York City Leadership Academy

The New York City Leadership Academy (NYCLA) was created in 2003 to better prepare school leaders for the role of principalship. With the belief that principals are not just administrators, but school innovators, the Leadership Academy offers comprehensive leadership development training for current and aspiring school leaders in the New York City Department of Education.
