The McKesson Foundation was founded in 1943, and is dedicated to improving the health of its communities. Through its new Mobilizing for Health initiative, the Foundation’s ultimate goal is to improve health outcomes among underserved patients with chronic diseases through the widespread adoption of care management models using mHealth technologies.
