Lilly engaged FSG to develop its new, signature corporate responsibility initiative that would represent its evolving approach to corporate responsibility, which includes a focus on catalyzing access to healthcare, developing new models for effective care, and creating shared value.

  • Achieve complete senior executive approval of the new strategy and initiatives
