The E3 Alliance was founded in 2006 to reverse the projected declines in educational attainment that threaten Central Texas’ prosperity. Since its inception, the E3 Alliance has adopted a systems-focused, regional approach aimed at improving educational outcomes by increasing regional effectiveness and alignment. The E3 Alliance uses objective data and focused community collaboration to align education systems so all students succeed and lead Central Texas to economic prosperity.
FSG worked with the E3 Alliance to develop a new five-year strategic plan to improve the alignment and effectiveness of education systems and actors across the Central Texas region.
